There is a huge amount of unreleased potential in the Water and Wastewater industry, and Trimble Solutions Sandvika is now looking for skilled and enthusiastic Technical Engineer/Civil Engineer to help us in the work to conker and transform the way the world works.

Join the direct sales team as a technical resource! Become a proficient user of Novapoint and Quadri with a main focus on Novapoint Water and Sewer. Join sales meetings, offer customer support and training, produce web videos and give input to the engineering team on bugs and improvements. Be involved in testing new releases.

Responsibilities:  

• Be a technical resource on Trimble Novapoint Water and Sewer for existing and new customers both in field and in house support
• Represent Trimble Civil Engineering and Construction to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.
• Become an expert technical advisor on Trimble Civil Engineering Software with a focus on Water and Wastewater and services for existing and new customers
• Conduct technical assessments of customer requirements, analyze, and design an appropriate hardware, software and services solution
• Develop and deliver product related technical presentations, demonstrations and solution recommendations
• Convey customer requirements to Sales, Consulting, and Hosting teams and monitor scope changes which could impact customer deals in the sales pipeline
• Travel throughout sales territory as necessary

Qualifications / Skills

• Excellent teamwork skills and an active attitude towards learning
• Good communications skills (written and verbal English and Norwegian)
• Experience with Trimble software: Novapoint, Quadri and others 
• A strong desire to interact with people and technology
• Technical and analytical skills

Education / Experience

• Bcs or Mcs degree from an accredited institution in water and wastewater engineering 
• 2-5+ years relevant experience in design or/and construction
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Desktop products
