ACCIONA requires a person who manages communication and social impact in E6 - Ranheim-Værnes project in Norway.
Mission: management in a proactive an planned manner of the social consequences of the project on local stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Communication coordination with stakeholders.
- Develop and update internal and external communication tools and communication strategy plan in the project.
-Study the communities and other stakeholders affected by the project construction activities (demographic characteristics of the population and how it is distributed, economic aspects, local businesses, presence of infrastructures and access to basic services, level of education and health, political aspects...).
-Identify the real or potential positive and negative social impacts that may arise from the project's main activities and assess them on their severity, duration, scope and probability.
-Define, plan beforehand (proactive management) and implement the most appropriate measures for managing the social impacts of the project under constant dialogue with the client. Communicate the communities and other stakeholders of the project the results of the social impact studies and measures (main features, scope and objectives, duration, the phases, the benefits they will bring to the community and other stakeholders).
-Manage complaints mechanisms according to established procedures.
