We are looking for a Digital Product Designer to join our design team to build digital solutions that will transform how we learn and educate. In this position you will work on projects across the Inspera Assessment and Kikora platform, and take lead on Kikora design needs.

What we are looking for

• Interest in the educational sector and how great design can enhance learning
• You have minimum 3 years of experience with production ready digital product design
• Strong design talent that can drive design processes in a fast paced environment
• Passion for the design craft, and comfortable solving design tasks end to end
• Ability to create a long term vision, and see the big picture, at the same as you understand the importance of moving fast with a stepwise approach
• Understanding of the different stages in the design processes, from user insight, concept development, detailing and prototyping to testing and implementation
• A quick learner with ability to get into complex issues, identify the core of the problem, and are able to see solutions that scale
• Knowledge and interest in the latest design tools, techniques, and technologies
• Motivation to explore the possibilities of technology and data-driven product solutions
• Understanding the benefits of creating and maintaining a design system that makes customer experiences easier and development faster
• Genuine interest in user feedback, and curiosity to understand the root causes of the given feedback
• Interest in how data and machine learning can shape product solutions
• Experience with working close with Product and Engineering teams, and enjoy the process of establishing new relationships and strong teams

We are searching for applicants with:

• A relevant design bachelor or master degree (or 5+ years experience)
• 3+ years of digital product design experience
• A sharable portfolio
• Fluency in English, Scandinavian language a plus
• Experience with design tools like Sketch, Figma or Axure
• Experience with data driven products is a plus
• Knowledge of design and development frameworks is a plus
• Knowledge of Frontend development (html, css, js) is a plus
