You will join our Energy Division – O&M department

We invite you to bring your technical expertise into play as you lead O&M projects in the Energy division . To succeed in this role you must have multidiscipline technical knowledge within the field of O&M Engineering and experience from projects on the Norwegian Continental Shelf (NCS).

As our new Lead O&M Engineer in Energy division you will be part of a growing team with highly experienced members both in Norway and Denmark. We conduct projects for major energy companies on both brownfield and greenfield including Wind, Waste-to-energy, Electrification and Oil & Gas. As a Lead Engineer in the O&M department your most important role is to lead a multidisciplinary O&M team conducting project of high quality and through this become a trusted partner to our clients.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Lead Engineer for O&M projects
  • Lead the technical team to reach the objectives
  • Be the single point of contact for the client during execution
  • Drive the business development, sales and tender processes

Additional task will be;

  • Use your knowledge and network to identify project opportunities
  • Development of operation and maintenance strategies
  • Maintain cooperation with global O&M team 

For the candidate with the right leadership skills there is a potential for further career advance. You would then become responsible for the developing the O&M department in Norway. This responsibility will involve developing the employees and take part in management tasks and strategic tasks set out in the department’s strategy plan. Are you our new Lead O&M Engineer, Energy division?

In this role you will part of the Energy organization in Oslo, Norway. Most of the time our O&M engineers are an integral part of client’s project organization and will be working out of our client’s offices in Stavanger area. Preferably you live at the west coast of Norway allowing short travel distance to our clients. When you’re not clients at office you will have the opportunity to work from home and you must be available for travel.

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc.
  • Min. 10+ years of experience in the field of O&M from Oil & Gas projects in Norway
  • Strong multidiscipline system knowledge
  • Good English and Norwegian skills – both verbal and written
  • Network within Oil & Gas Norway

Please note that it is mandatory for the candidates to have O&M experience from Norwegian Oil & Gas projects in order to be considered for this position.

Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include: excellent communications skills as well as great interpersonal skills. You are service minded and client centric. Furthermore, you enjoy working independently as well as in teams. You already know the industry very well and find it easy to build a wide and effective business network and you have a sense for a sales opportunity
