Do you want to take BRAV to the next level?

As a Sales Representative you have the full responsibility of sales and margins to a selected group of customers. You shall follow sales leads and provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top line revenue growth and profitability.

You will ensure that all sales are compliant with Brav’s sales and distribution policy, including discount levels and order deadlines.

Main Areas of Responsibility:

The main qualification requirements for the position are set out, but not limited, to the paragraphs below:

Sales

  • Source new and existing sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Secure sustainable organic growth in all selected areas
  • Secure the use of B2B portal in order and customer management
  • Ensure compliance with applicable terms & conditions and BRAV’s distribution policy.

Product Knowledge

  • Secure exceptional product knowledge in all categories
  • Conduct product clinics

Customer Knowledge

  • Always secure your own customer portfolio
  • All your customers shall always have correct terms & conditions in the ERP system

Qualifications Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years academic degree (bachelor or similar)
  • Minimum 3 years relevant work experience from sport industry
  • Strong knowledge of digital productivity tools (MS Office/GSuite)
  • Strong knowledge of business applications tools (ERP, B2B digital tools)
  • Proven sales experience
  • Computer use competency
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Self motivated and driven
  • Exceptional qualifications in producing and communicating sales presentations both digitally and in direct contact with small and large groups of customers
  • Position is located at the Oslo office
