As a graduate in DNB you will be part of a great team of ambitious and likeminded young professionals and work closely on a daily basis with more experienced colleagues. The game of banking is changing, and DNB is taking part in defining the future of financial services. Banking might have a reputation of being traditional and non-transparent, but this is no longer the case. New competitors and regulations are shaping a whole new world of opportunities. We would love to hear from young professionals who want to take part in defining the Norwegian financial industry of tomorrow! 

We believe that successful banking of tomorrow requires a diversified skillset! We are looking for graduates with various backgrounds, experience and education, preferably in technology, business administration, economics or design subjects. Preferably with a master's degree by autumn 2021. 

Our?Corporate Graduates?will be exposed to challenges such as business development, digital business development, project management, data analysis, credit analysis, corporate social responsibility and customer management. You will have the opportunity to cooperate and learn from some of the best financial, technological and management experts in Norway.
