Lead Full Stack Engineer

As a Full Stack Engineer at VitalThings, you will develop our web and mobile front-ends and our cloud services. You will work on customer-facing tools and API’s as well as interesting data visualization challenges in our real-time analytics solutions. We are looking for a strong engineer who can work quickly on a small team to lead up important parts of our application stack.

Who you are

5+ years of engineering experience. You’re a strong engineer comfortable working across multiple platforms and environments.
Strong engineering fundamentals
Highly proficient in Javascript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS
React/Angular/Vue experience or similar preferred
Experience building REST APIs that people enjoy using. Python experience is a big plus, but Node, Ruby, Go, etc. are also fine.
Experience in working with real-time web applications.
Experience in working with cloud IaaS (AWS preferred), containers, CI/CD solutions and Infrastructure As Code (Terraform, Ansible) is highly preferred.
Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, Redis, Cassandra and MongoDB.
