Support Manager
As a support manager at VitalThings you will be responsible for establishing customer support practices to ensure our customers receive excellent and consistent services. It will be important to learn from reactive support to improve proactive support and training to make customers benefit from our services as quickly and effortlessly as possible. You will also be responsible for developing and executing training programs for customers and distributors. A part of the job will be to create effective support material for self help. This includes videos, user manuals, in-app help, support site on WEB and third party support such as SkillAid. You will also be responsible to establish sufficient reactive support with call center, chat and onsite support.
Who you are
- Relevant experience with product support
- Technical background and understanding are needed
- Good communication skills and fluent in Norwegian and English
- You are result oriented and structured
- You are used to working with social media to engage a user community that can help each other.
- Experienced with online training and webinars.
- You are ready to travel to customers to give them support as well as learning what problems they experience in real life.
- You must be able to build strong relationships with people and be a trusted partner for our customers.

Somnofy has been validated against the medical gold standard in sleep research: polysomnography, with results close to medical grade.
