Purpose/Key focus of the role:

Own the BeSafe brand and product portfolio on a strategical and tactical level. Ensure that all marketing activities supports the commercial growth targets.

Responsibilities and tasks:

• Build, drive and own the brand strategy
• Development of our product portfolio
• Own consumer insight and secure that these insights are deployed throughout the whole organization and used as a decision base for future new product developments / improvements and marketing activities
• Responsible for the marketing budgeting on a monthly and annual basis
• Responsible for driving annual marketing communication plans from development to implementation together with commercial and NPD teams
• Be the connection between Product development, sales and marketing and ensure a consumer obsessed attitude through all departments in the company

The profile we are looking for

• Master’s degree from Marketing, business or similar
• Minimum 3 years of experience from similar position in consumer goods industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Preferably experience work with international brands
• Analytical and business-oriented person
• Strong interest for marketing and consumer insights
• Strong work ethics and willingness to go the extra mile
• Result oriented team player with high ambitions who can work cross departments and get buy in for ideas and who are able to create engagement among co-workers
• Very good Norwegian and English language skills
