We are looking for a new Service Delivery Manager that will be responsible for the delivery of the performance obligations to the customer in accordance with the contract and ensuring customer satisfaction and fulfillment of service level agreements (SLA). We are seeking a motivated and structured manager with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
    
•    Manage the delivery of the services during full duration of contract.
•    Manage customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
•    Ensure SLA delivery to the customer, provide escalation support as needed.
•    Coordinate service releases with Thales’s delivery teams and Thales’s suppliers, located in Europe.
•    Supervise support engineers’ activities.
•    Provide quotation support for operations.
•    Manage the operations of service delivery projects by applying quality processes and project management tools and the reporting of solution activities and customer feedback.
•    Perform change management control and achieve contract KPIs and communicate changes to the Production Engineer.
•    Manage complex solutions that involve large revenue and critical or high-level customers.

You have

•    Master degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering or related field (relevant experience can compensate for education).
•    5+ years of relevant experience from comparable positions in similar business.
•    Experience with overseeing project scope and requirements.
•    Experience with SLAs and change management.
•    Experience with customer relationship management and people management
•    Experience on ITIL foundation, practitioner, service manager and practitioner release and control certifications.
•    Strong communication skills.
•    Fluency in Norwegian and English.
