Several impactful and cross functional projects are either ongoing or now in the pipeline for launch. In order to ensure a learning organization through capturing insights from cross-functional projects and resulting dynamics, we are about to increase our internal capacity to take lead on key transformation initiatives and programs. Based on this we are currently searching for a Senior Project- and Portfolio Manager. The position reports to Head of Strategy in Telia Norway.

The person we are looking for could have background from different positions, areas and functions. However, a common denominator is mastering of a specific discipline and experience from managing change and transformation in the intersection of business, people and technology. Confidence aside, we believe you are self-driven, a good communicator and that you are systematic and analytic in your approach. With strong collaborative skills, solution orientation, an eye for risk and ability to build trust through clear and consistent communication to both co-workers and senior management, you are set-up for success! 

Thus, we believe the right candidate will meet the majority of the following requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years’ experience from management consulting, change management, project management/PMO, IT/Strategy Management or commercial management
• Proven track-record of successful project deliveries within branch related businesses
• Experience with process based and/or matrix-based structures and organization working cross-functional/geographical to achieve improved collaboration and effectiveness
• Commercial mindset and project experience across B2B and B2C
• An advantage if familiarity with scaled agile frameworks and/or, Lean Innovation, Design Thinking, Business Model Canvases and Value Proposition Canvases or Service Design
• Masters’ degree or equivalent within relevant area (Business, Economics, IT or Engineering). Extensive experience and pronounced personal aptness may compensate for parts of formal qualifications. 
• Fluency in English and one of the Scandinavian languages
