In Norway we are the market leader within the agency business. Our local organization consists of 300 highly skilled and motivated professionals, who lives after the vision “innovating the way brands are built”. Commercial Finance is to proactively contribute with value adding activities to the business and works closely with our brands and the finance team. You will be part of a small and high performing Finance team with an informal and dynamic work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive and participate in relevant business projects, hereby proactively work with the business to drive process improvements
• Contribute and support in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Collect and analyse financial information to support decision making
• Participate on bid teams for pitches and new business by driving appropriate commercial terms, pricing and profitability
• Provide analytical support to the business focused around client profitability
• Monitor explanatory KPIs for ongoing initiatives related to strategic execution
• Support ad-hoc financial information requests and Group reporting as and when required

We are looking for a person with:

• Master of Business, Finance and Administration or equivalent
• 2-4 years of experience, preferably from management consulting, commercial department or equivalent
• Business acumen with a commercial mindset
• Structured and strong analytical capabilities
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• High proficiency required in MS Office, MS Powerpoint and MS Excel
• Fluency in English
