We are looking for a dedicated and service minded person to take on responsibility for orders and  customer service. We are seeking a motivated and structured person who is proactive, takes responsibility and is willing to play a central role in our team. The position will require a lot of interaction with customers worldwide.

Job responsibilities:

Receive, process and follow up b2b and b2c orders and inquiries

Provide customers with product availability and delivery information

Be a link between customer and sales to maximise responsiveness, share key information and support sales goals

Answer questions and resolve inquiries from the various customer groups

Handle, follow up and report claims

Update and maintain affiliate program registration and customer data

Further develop internal processes related to order handling and customer service

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience from sales/order processing and customer service

Passion for problem solving and communication with our global customer base

Great communication skills in both written and oral English and Norwegian

Initiative to problem solve quickly and efficiently

Personal skills:

Good communication skills

Passion for good customer service as well as being driven by results

Excellent time management and administrative skills with attention to detail

Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop
