Tieto and EVRY recently joined forces this year and is seeking a senior marketing professional for our Digital Consulting area that is specialized within: 

• value proposition development

• conceptualization/packaging of products and services, and 

• effective activation towards segments within Nordic/global markets 

This means that you have been working in the consulting industry and know the market dynamics in and out. You have specialist knowledge within this field and can showcase concrete examples where your skills have contributed to market success on the global area.  

The role sits within the global Brand, Identity and Marketing leadership team and reports to the Head of Unit. The unit is currently in need of new colleagues, with specialist competence to strengthen our future footprint. We work in a rapid-changing environment, which requires you to be flexible, independent and motivated by results. With your dedication, you support and inspire your co-workers to achieve the best results. You are service-minded, have a positive attitude and a good sense of quality.  

We are looking for candidates with: 

• Formal education within Marketing, Business Development or other relevant field 

• Minimum 7-10 years of value proposition and conceptualization experience from one of the main global consultancy firms 

• A proven track record of developing and deploying successful, revenue generating concepts towards different target groups 

• Strong business knowledge of the global consultancy partner landscape  

• Proven ability to create long-lasting change in complex, global matrix in the intersection between strategy, business, development, marketing and digitalization 

• Strong project and change management capabilities, interpersonal and communication skills fit for modern organizations
