Our Sensors and Robotics division develops and delivers world class connected sensors and smart robotics for Marine, Research and Naval applications. The division has the responsibility for KM's leading offering of Underwater Mapping systems, Underwater Positioning, Marine Robotics, Fishery and Naval Sensors, Precision Positioning and Sensing Solutions.

We are seeking a Manager for the Planning Department in Supply Chain at Kongsberg Maritime Sensors and Robotics at Strandpromenaden, Horten. The department is responsible for planning all demands for the manufacturing in all business units at Kongsberg Maritime Sensors and Robotics, location Strandpromenaden, Horten. You will be responsible for the daily operation of the Planning Department. In this role, you should be able to inspire your team through your excellent collaboration skills, plan, allocate resources effectively, be self-driven and show proactiveness.

Key accountabilities

• Establish and develop the Planning Department
• Lead and develop the employees in the Planning Department
• Be responsible for bringing all demand from Marketing and Sales into the realization processes at Strandpromenaden, Horten
• Develop and streamline the planning function
• Responsible for Dynamic AX as a tool at site

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelors degree within the field of technology
• Technical interest and understanding for electromechanics
• Experience from management and planning of industrial manufacturing
• International business experience is an advantage
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and Norwegian
