ERP Project Manager

The Nammo Group is implementing a new ERP System in several of our subsidiaries and need a Project Manager to manage the implementation process.

The Nammo Group is implementing a new ERP System in several of our subsidiaries and need a Project Manager to manage the implementation process. The Project Manager will be employed at the Nammo's headquarter at Raufoss. The ERP Project Manager will be responsible for implementation and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 into the Nammo Group. 

Main tasks and responsibilities 

• Develop and execute the ERP Implementation Plan (planning, delegating, monitoring and controlling every aspect of the implementation processes in the subsidiaries)
• Responsible for establishing and executing a change management process
• Identify Risk & Risk Mitigations to ensure on time delivery to the ERP Implementation Plan
• Manage the information flow in the project
• Coordinate the work with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure business processes and requirements are defined and aligned to system processes
• Develop Training Plans for users and establish appropriate technical support during and after implementation

Qualifications

• Master's degree (e.g. Economy, Management and IT) is preferred
• Education and/or certification within project management (e.g. PRINCE2 or PMP), and >3 years of experience within project management
• Experience with change management processes
• Experience from manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step methods
• Candidate has a basic understanding of Accounting and Finance business processes
• Highly proficient in both spoken and written English, and one Scandinavian language
