We are searching for a Downhole Project Financial & Service Coordinator to join our Downhole Operations team from 17.08.2020-31.12.2021. The role will follow up the financial aspects of our project deliveries in close cooperation with our sales organization and project managers in addition to coordinate field engineers for service assignments.

Arbeidsoppgaver

"Perform and follow up the monthly project reviews together with Finance controller and Project Managers
"Support in registration of new client orders, invoicing or any other financial matters
  • Preparation of financial forecast and annual budgets for Downhole Operations
  • Single point of contact towards our Finance department
  • Review the monthly Downhole Scandinavia financial results, ensure overall data integrity and explain and report on significant variances vs. prior month plan and budget
  • Identify process improvements to provide better financial information and reporting to operational management and efficiency improvements
  • Be an integrated member of Downhole team handling various customer inquiries
  • Assign and coordinate Field Engineers for service assignments in Scandinavia (both onshore and offshore assignments)
  • Daily contact with customer's personnel coordinators
  • Ensure all personnel assigned are certified to the given assignment
  • Keep the personnel planning system updated
  • Keep track of offshore schedules for both Norway and Denmark
  • Update Dawinci (helicopter flight system) accordingly with relevant certificates and information
  • Report monthly project cost for Field engineers to Accounting
  • Status of upcoming assignments to be kept updated on a regular basis
  • Make sure all decisions are in accordance with the various customer frame agreements

Ønskede kvalifikasjoner

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or similar, relevant experience might compensate for lack of formal education
  • Proficiency in both oral and written English
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel in particular)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to multi-task and operate within a dynamic environment, while maintaining customer focus and attention to detail
  • 2-4 years relevant financial experience in an operational environment
  • Experience within offshore personnel coordination is preferable but training will be given
