Project Manager Brownfield

As a crucial member of the Technical and Projects department, responsible for all aspects of the modification projects, you will manage on behalf of the Asset Manager all considered and approved modifications to be conducted on our FPSO units.

In this role you will assist with the commissioning work and the handover to the Operations Team ensuring that modifications are fully integrated with existing facilities achieving a proper closeout of projects and conducting a structured post investment review.

Some of the things you will be accountable for:

• Project management within the whole life-cycle of our FPSO units
• Communicate and follow up on implementation of HSE, Quality Policy and Business Ethical Standards
• Manage clients and stakeholders expectations to the fully satisfaction of all parties involved
• Establish contracts with Contractors and Vendors with the support of Supply Chain Department
• Ensure a project execution which is compliant with Clients specifications, functional requirements and regulatory requirements
• Deliver mechanically completed pre-commissioned equipment & facilities with all required documentation

What we are looking for:

• You hold a relevant technical education on bachelor level or higher
• You do have minimum of 10 years experience within project management facing offshore operations
• You understand project management as crucial value-add to our business
• A formal certification within project management is a plus
• You are a fair communicator and a true problem solver with an outstanding ability to prioritize
• You do address challenges in an analytical, structured and stakeholder oriented manner
  
• You are a team player, working independently when needed
• You have a natural ability to win people and processes for your projects
• Excellent command of verbal and written English language skills. Norwegian would be a considerable plus
• You must be flexible on travels both onshore and offshore
