To support our disruptive innovation and fast growth, we are looking for a Service Engineer to be our Main Distributor Contact (MDC) to our worldwide network of distributors on technical matters.

As a Service Engineer in AutoStore you will become a leading expert on the technical aspects of the AutoStore cube storage system, the global go to guy when others can´t find a solution. You will be in regular contact with our distributors, and their main contact on technical support and service. Through providing training and supervision, you will equip distributors to become more and more independent. You will also be in the frontline to collect challenges and suggestions for improvement from distributors to be brought to our R&D department and be a technical resource person to our sales team.

We are looking for an ambitious candidate with excellent potential and learning skills who possesses a combination of technical understanding, communication skills and a keen perception of service attitude and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Preferably higher education in system development, automation, mechanics or mechatronics
• Experience from industrial service
• Fast learner and ability to grasp advanced technology quick.
• Enthusiastic about robots, self-propelled and committed to what you do
• Tech-head with problem-solving skills and ability to work independently,
• Great communication skills in English, oral and written. Norwegian and other languages are advantages
• Willingness to travel internationally
