Due to continuous operational growth we are currently seeking for qualified full time Service Technicians to join our Team.
As a Service Technician you work in a team during equipment preparation and testing in a workshop as well as inspections on site. Suitable candidates have, besides good technical knowledge, a flexible and customer-orientated attitude. Candidates must also be able to follow proper procedures, perform accurate computations, maintain good relationships with project managers, coworkers, clients, contractors, etc. Moreover, candidates must ensure that turn times are met while always being conscious of quality guidelines
Job description
· Preparation and testing of equipment during equipment mobilization & demobilization
· Participation in the implementation of projects on site
· Manage on site installation, repair & maintenance as well as test tasks
· Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
· Produce timely and detailed service reports
· Operate equipment in a safe manner
· Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
· Cooperate with the technical team and share information across the organization
· Build positive relationships with customers
Requirements

· Technical degree or certification (preferable mechatronic or electro)
· Proven field service experience
· Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
· Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules
· Good knowledge of computers and MS Office
· Good cooperation and communication skills
· Ability to carry responsibility and withstand pressure
· Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; Norwegian language is beneficial
· Willing to travel (domestic, internationally both onshore and offshore)
· Demonstrate positive QHSE attitude
· Work independently, as well as within a team
