The Head Chef role is one that covers many areas, including:

Staff Management, training, progression and follow up.

Service Management, hands on leadership, setting an example and quality assessment.

Proactive Management, planning, strategising, analysing and driving the course of the back of house.

Creative Management, sourcing products, creating dishes and enabling staff to play with creation.

To be considered we are now looking for chefs who have at least 1 year of experience in a kitchen leadership role, experience with controlling stock, training staff and managing the day to day needs of a large restaurant.
