As a Sales and Customer Success Specialist with Joubel, you work with a broad variety of customers all over the world helping them succeed using Joubel’s products. You are also afforded the opportunity to help shape state of the art tooling and processes for your work.

You will be joining a team of passionate and creative people looking to revolutionise the way rich content like videos, games, and simulations are created and experienced in the future.

Work description

Your main goal is to make sure users of H5P.com succeed in achieving their goals.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Understand our customer’s businesses – challenges, strategy, pain points, opportunities and decision making process.
  • Follow up selected trial users regularly and advise on how to succeed with Joubel’s products.
  • Provide potential customers with support & information including quotes and contract proposals
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements and negotiating contracts.
  • Onboard new customers.
  • Be available via email for customers to help them with requests and advise them on best practices for them to reach their goals.
  • Follow up customers regularly and provide them with performance reports.
  • Work with the technical development team to ensure that our work is guided by customer feedback.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience related to sales, customer success and/or customer care
  • Experience with onboarding clients and negotiating contracts
  • Higher education related to sales, customer success or customer care
  • Experience and/or education related to sales, customer success and/or customer care
  • Proficient with computers and standard software packages (Word, Google Suite etc.).
  • Service minded and the ability to handle stressful situations.
  • Strong customer service, high verbal and communication skills (in English), which includes being very capable at articulating value and developing credibility for the customer.
  • Must be able to learn and acquire deep IT product knowledge efficiently.
  • As the majority of the communication is textual you must be a fast typer.
  • Excellent communication skills. All internal communication is in English and 99 % of Joubel's customers speak English. You must write and speak English fluently. (Norwegian is not a requirement).
  • Depending on what time-zone you are in you might have to be able to work some hours in the evenings (answer emails and host video meetings), as a majority of our customers are international.

 The position requires a clean criminal record. Relevant candidates must submit documentation of this.
