We are hiring!


We are looking for a IFS Administrator for a 12 months engagement, with possibility for extension. This position will report to the ERP Manager. Content of position will to a certain degree be adapted to the skillset of person holding it.


Start date as soon as possible.


Core Responsibilities

  • Analyse the need for new functional requirements
  • Provide training to users and super users
  • Monitor and follow up external support team dedicated to solving Yinson IFS issues
  • Participate in beneficial phase-out of legacy applications
  • Ensure that the knowledge base/system documentation is maintained and up-to-date
  • Lead change processes and sub-projects like integrations and customisation


 Other Duties

  • Participate in audits
  • Manage and support root cause analysis and case specification together with super users
  • Provide timely systems and other reporting on a weekly basis
  • Participate in system release planning and coordination
  • Manage and perform system tests after updates and new releases
  • Proactively identify and troubleshoot system issues
  • Manage and monitor replication and systems, on and offshore
  • Establish, support and maintain interfaces with other applications


Qualifications / Skills

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with IFS
  • Sub-project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • A university degree in an IT related field. Long experience can substitute this
  • Fluent in English is required, beneficial with Norwegian
  • PL/SQL knowledge would be beneficial
  • Good knowledge of at least two of the following IFS modules:

-Document Management (DOCMAN)

-Maintenance

-Finance

-Procurement

-Project

-IFS Replication
