Business Controller position in fast growing technology business

Position Summary

The Business Controller will be responsible for company budget and reporting processes and conduct external accountant, bank and finance activities, related to XSENS AS growing world-wide business and network of customers, representatives and agents. 

In close cooperation with XSENS AS CEO and senior management, the Business Controller will have an overall company profitability focus and responsibility, of which supply chain management and strategic sourcing represents priority profitability potentials. The business controller will act as our Supply Chain Manager, until business growth allows for a separate position. Related to the profitability focus, the Business Controller will conduct profitability analysis/programs and task forces, throughout the company. 

Area of responsibility

·       Company budget and reporting processes in close cooperation with CEO

·       External accountant follow-up. International bank/finance activities

·       Cash management and financial plan processes

·       Supply Chain Management including Supplier Frame Agreements

·       Profitability analysis, programs and task forces

Education /Qualifications: 

·       MSc Economics (Siviløkonom / Industriell økonomi) or similar

·       Experience from industry and/or trade

·       Experience from financial analysis, controlling or accounting

·       Good economy analysis software skills, i.e. Office Excel economic analysis capabilities

·       Good English skills - written and oral

·       3 - 5 years relevant experience.
