Lead Test & QA

Overview:

We are looking for a Lead Test & QA who will be responsible for our QA/QE Environment. You are a person who wants to be a professional leadership star and will want to see that Expleo Norway is seen as the leader within QA/QE in Norway!

As as our Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will be Expleo Norway’s expert in testing and testing tools and set direction for our subjects and service development.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the strategic direction within QA/QE
• Assist customers in their agile transformation
• Acting as a leader, influencer and motivator when dealing with internal or external stakeholders.
• Managing the full project life cycle of ongoing and new projects with our clients.
• Lead courses, training, seminars and webinars
• Identify opportunities to grow our revenue streams with new or existing clients and play a key role in the pre-sales process.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience
• ISTQB Advanced
• DevOps and cloud platforms
• Excellent client management, communication and presentation skills with the ability to motivate and engage
• Excellent people management skills, acts as a role model for continuous learning and development
• Professional and consultative mindset with a passion for QA/QE and is a trusted advisor in the field
• Strong Technical background
• Be resourceful, enterprising and full of ideas

Experience:

• Experience at a Senior Manager level with an IT product, technology or services company
• Expertise as a Thought Leader within Quality Assurance/Quality Engineering
• Experience with complex IT Programme Delivery
• Previous experience in the role of Programme Test Manager, Senior QA Manager leading Quality Assurance or Automated Testing efforts
• Experience in hiring, developing and retaining the best talent.
• In-depth knowledge in enterprise software solutions and experience in providing management to QA teams within programmes.
