For our continued success, we need seamless, efficient and progressive IT processes and systems. In order to meet our long-term goals, we are hiring a DevOps Manager for a newly established team in Group IT. The team will support IT in working with DevOps tools and best practices, and as part of this, maintaining and developing cloud platforms is essential.

Job responsibilities:

• Subject Matter Expert responsibility and personnel management for members of the DevOps team which consists of internal and external resources
• Maintain and develop Azure DevOps deployment pipelines
• Maintain and develop our Azure and AWS environments, including service robustness, security, monitoring, cost optimizations etc.
• Reduce manual work and increase quality by using automation and DevOps best practices (in code as well as for infrastructure)
• Close collaboration with other teams in IT - both developers and operations engineers
• Raising awareness and do training of other IT resources in Azure and DevOps best practices
• Participate in projects, deliverables and improvement activities

Your qualifications:

• Relevant BSc or MSc is preferred, applicable senior experience may compensate for lack of formal background 
• At least 5 years operational experience working with relevant technologies and methodology
• Technical experience working with Azure Services and Powershell
• A genuine interest for business improvement trough smart use of technology
• Excellent English and Norwegian skills

This is a permanent, full time position reporting to the Group IT Operations Manager.
