Do you want to help administrate and coordinate one of Norway? s most exciting and fast growing MedTech company?
Because of the company growth and the need to strengthen their organization, SoftOx solutions seeks a new Personal Assistant for the Company’s CEO and the rest of the management.
Main task will be:
- Assist the CEO with a wide range of daily task, such as:
- book appointments and travels
- prepare responses to requests and mail
- keep track of meeting appointments in a stressful everyday life etc.
- Assist with the administration and preparation of management meetings, board meetings, all meetings, events etc.
- Assist the management team with daily tasks
- Assist with the production of necessary materials for various meetings
- Assist in publishing news and information
- Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel.
- Quality assurance of English written material
- Responsibility for certain HR administrative tasks: miscellaneous reporting, sick leave, recruitment processes etc.
- Other office administrational tasks
- Assist with the improvement and efficiency of administrative tasks
A proper candidate possesses excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to build good relationships. He/she is recognized as a driving force that adds energy and contributes to good interdisciplinary interaction within the company. The candidate is efficient and has a structured work style, as well as being flexible and service minded.
Desired qualifications
- Relevant higher education at bachelor level in language / administration / communication etc.
- Experience from similar positions or service-related jobs is preferred
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills in both Norwegian and English
- Good organizational and business understanding
- Solid system understanding, focusing on Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
