For our IS department we look for a person with ability to transfer strategic initiative into deliverables. You have the capability to understand the end-to-end business processes and like new and demanding challenges. You are able to lead and drive Data Analytics and implement changes and projects. Focus on cross-domain aspects such as multi-domain deliveries, systems, training solutions, sourcing and communication.

Tasks:

• Drive and improve the business competitiveness by professional use of Data & Analytics tools
• Work proactively and innovative towards the Business Lines
• Lead and develop Datawarehouse team - Be the coordinator between vendor and Business Lines
• Manage the Datawarehouse development, based on process knowledge.
• Orchestrate the beauty of Master Data and Transactional Data in harmony.

Ønskede kvalifikasjoner

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in engineering, business or related field Experience in managing technology and people
5 years of experience of Datawarehouse technology and Master Data Knowledge of SAP Datawarehouse and SAP FI/CO is preferred, but other ERP experience will also be considered

Personal Capabilities:
Analytical
Good communication skills in Norwegian and English Self-motivated and impatient
