Trimble Solutions Sandvika is now looking for a technically skilled and enthusiastic employee to help our customers to succeed with the transformation to a fully digital workflow - transforming the way the world works.

We are looking for an engineer (BSc or MSc) with a minimum 2 years experience in designing roads or railways. The focus for this position is technical support for our customers in addition to project support and training. We believe you will love this job, if you like to solve problems, and help others. We hope to find a curious person that likes to dig down in detail, understanding the software and the customers' challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Customer support by phone, e-mail and remote access
• Be a technical advisor on Civil Engineering Software and services for existing and new customers both in field and in house support
• Help customers digging in to technical challenges and solving them together
• Software testing
• Creating FAQ’s, best practice video’s and descriptions to help our customers
• Software online training and classroom training
• Project support

Qualifications/Skills:

• Service mindedness and a genuine interest to help others to succeed
• Pedagogic and patient in interaction with customers 
• Communications skills in Norwegian and English (written and verbal) 
• Ability to learn and adapt fast to changes and new environments
• Organized and analytical
• Experience with Trimble software: Novapoint, Quadri and others
• Road or Rail design experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Desktop products.
• Experience or knowledge of Civil Engineering Software or Trimble products is desired
• BSc or MSc in Civil Engineering
