Digitization, increased operational efficiency and strong growth in our European markets means that Sector Alarm Group needs to strengthen its IT function in several areas. To lead our continued development within Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence, we now seek a Head of BI and Data Services. In this role you will be a crucial link between business and IT; enabling Sector Alarm to reach its business goals in the years ahead.

Main job responsibilities:

Ensuring that Sector Alarm can use data and analytics tools to continuously improve and streamline processes, including supporting the company's analysis of the customer portfolio, cost drivers and business controlling.
Ensuring the availability of data and data quality through continuous improvement of the Group's data warehouse solutions in collaboration with business, developers, super users, external suppliers and other stakeholders.
Working in close cooperation with the business to ensure that Sector Alarm uses the analyses, reports and tools necessary to make informed data-based decisions.
Ensuring easy and optimal presentation and visualization of analytics, data, and KPIs
Working on continuous improvement so that our employees can constantly access better, more nuanced and relevant information for their decision-making processes.
Developing your team in line with the company’s needs
Initiating and executing BI training programs to improve the organizational usage of their data warehouse, PowerBI and associated tools.

Who are you?
You have a solid experience in data management and data validation from larger businesses. You have strong commercial insight, good technical understanding and a drive for continuous improvement.

What does the role entitle?
As Head of BI and Data Services, you will have an important role in the organization, working closely with both internal and external development teams, business developers, partners and other stakeholders.
The role involves team management for internal BI resources, as well as responsibility for BI resources in other countries in a strong matrix organization. Sector Alarm Group has a comprehensive reporting solution based on Microsoft's BI stack. The solution consumes data from several different sources, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft AX. The environment is currently established in a hybrid setup with both on-premise and cloud, and end-user reporting is done in PowerBI.
