Associate Project Manager

Role Summary:

Responsible for project operations and programs support including standardization, quality management, document management, methods creation and maintenance, process improvement and tools for the project management function. Positions requiring thorough understanding, application and mastery of approaches, theories, methodologies and application in a concrete organizational context.

The Associate Project Manager (APM) works closely with the Project Manager (PM) in driving HSE, operational and financial performance within the project. The APM acts as deputy to the PM and replaces same at times of absence.

Essential Responsibilities:

Develop HSE culture based on Baker Hughes and Customer standards.

Drive financial performance based on specific cost out initiatives, standardisation and development of work flows.

Provide operational coaching and support to the offshore teams lead by Service Pusher (SP), assuring optimum implementation and development of IO-level 3, operational risk management and logistics

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with strong experience in Project Management)

Strong experience in Operations Leadership.
