Vard Electro seeks Project Managers who will take the overall responsibility for the whole life cycle of given projects. The Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of a project. This includes initiation, planning, design, execution and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion, within budget and at full satisfaction of the Client and consistent with the contract and financial objectives for Vard Electro. The persons we are searching for should have background in management, budgeting and analysis and have a commercial mind-set as well as an understanding of the technical aspects of the project. You should be an excellent communicator With strong attitude to influence stakeholders to get their commitment on the Project and capable to persuade the collegues and management to change tactic for the benefit of the Project. You also need to be a team leader and have a problem-solving attitude and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. The position reports to Projects Director who heads the projects department.

Responsibilities

Project management of electrical installation- and package deliveries, which includes:

Establishing the project organization
Contract monitoring and being primarily responsible for clarification of contractual and specification factors
Scope definition and planning
Team leadership, strategic influencing and taking decisions that benefits the project
Risk and deviation management in the project
Delivering according to contract
Managing suppliers according to contract
Budget- and result responsibility for the project and monthly financial reporting
Motivating the team to reach agreed goals
Monitoring, reporting and communicating project status internally and externally
Controlling quality and contributing to continuous improvement
Other administrative tasks in the Projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree with topics about contract law / contract management is preferred
Relevant experience from Project management
Relevant work experience can replace formal education
English fluent, both written and oral
