BRAND & CHANNEL MANAGER
For our customer we are looking for a Brand Manager. Initially it is a 6 months assignment, but for the right person there are opportunities for a permanent employment.
As Brand & Channel Manager you are overall responsible for shaping and driving the category development on the Norwegian market. This includes profit & loss management, strategy setting as well as launch campaign activities for specific brands in order to deliver the business sales and market share targets.. You will work in close collaboration with the local team as well as key stakeholders across the Nordic and Baltic region.
You will be based in our office in Oslo, Norway and report to Country Manager based in our region’s head office in Stockholm.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Managing brand P&L to reach the business objectives covering category sales, margin and profitability targets as well as brand performance objectives.
· Developing and executing local plans in line with Nordic overall strategy, such as new product implementation and portfolio management.
· Lead product development projects from start to finish in Norwegian market.
· Proposing and implementing pricing strategy and managing marketing budget.
· Ensuring forecast accuracy and reporting KPIs on a monthly base.
· Preparing high quality marketing material and adapting Nordic marketing material to the local needs – track campaigns, manage external agencies and deliver product related content for digital platforms.
· Product support to both internal and external stakeholders.
ABOUT YOU
In order to be successful, you have:
- Bachelor or master degree within Business Administration, Marketing, Nutrition or Science with good commercial understanding.
- 5+ years of successful business and commercial experience from Marketing, Life Science/Pharma Industry or clinical setting.
- Solid experience with product market introductions, marketing activities, communication, business analysis and financial management.
- Proven record of excellence in marketing execution including experience from digital and multi-media activities.
- Therapeutic area knowledge within a healthcare related and hospital based area.
- Proven track record of managing, influencing and building customer relationships.
- Experience of working in a cross-functional environment.
- Fluency in Norwegian as well as English.
