We are looking for our Managing Director for Frontica Engineering

Frontica Engineering serves the offshore energy sector in the international market.
By building on our heritage from the oil and gas industry, we seek to expand our business into a wide range of other offshore and ocean applications.

We have a multidisciplinary staff of close to 100 individuals, all highly experienced and specialized in their engineering field, who utilize lean principles and teamwork to execute complex international projects.
Frontica Engineering is a subsidiary of MHWirth AS.

We are searching for a Managing Director who is an inspiring leader with broad industrial understanding.
You should be capable of sustaining our business within the drilling market by utilizing your industry network, while simultaneously expanding our presence into new markets.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Collaborate with the owners and board of directors to develop company strategies, budgets and business plans as well as organizational goals
• Develop customer relations and ensure Frontica Engineering has strong market insight which generates business growth
• Ensure the company has a cost-efficient organizational structure aligned with the strategic plan
• Abide by our corporate core values and ethical standards while establishing an operating model that ensures all employees understand how to operate within Frontica Engineering
• Comply with corporate internal control and risk management systems
• Ensure strategies and business plans are implemented across the organization
• Confirm proper systems for monitoring results are established and followed
• Be a good role model and motivator for the organization
• Deliver financial results, HSSE and operational targets according to business plans

• Financial understanding and P/L experience
• Analytical, strategic, and effective leadership and work philosophy
