The role

The Product Specialist is an organized, proactive team player, capable of taking initiatives and executing actions on your own.

Working across multiple departments, his/her ability to collaborate, foster relationships and take pride in bringing high quality solutions to the market, are essential assets that allow him/her to act as a valuable member of the Norwegian entity. He/she thrives being both tactical and highly operational.

He/she is instrumental in bringing the business units closer through open dialogue and the sharing of both internal and industry best practices.

Essential Duties

• Develop and implement methodology and content for the next generation Tax software
• Product responsible for current and future software in the audit domain
• Project owner for planning and development of new features/updates in own products
• Be the ambassador and support other departments such as sales/marketing for your domain
• Hold courses and training sessions within your domains
• Dialogues with customers and partners to secure further development by market needs
• Assist 1st line support and be 2nd line support for own domains
• Quality assure own products and support others to secure best possible products

Qualifications

• Authorized Public Auditor (statsautorisert revisor)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in practical audit of SMBs
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial closing incl. taxation for SMBs
• Native Norwegian language and confident/fluent in English also in Tax/Audit domain terminology
• Previous experience with Wolters Kluwer products is a plus but not necessary
