Mechanics and Lead Mechanic for electric scooters

For our customer, we are looking for mechanics and a lead mechanic for maintenance and repair of electric scooters.

Our customer is one of the suppliers that offers rental of electric scooters in Oslo, and they are now looking for a new mechanics.

Your tasks will mainly be:

You are responsible for the maintenance, repair and quality of all electric scooters.

Identify and resolve the problems that can occur during installation or repair.

Work with smartphone applications to locate and operate products and log maintenance activities.

Create daily repair summaries and vehicle condition reports.

Maintain our spare parts register and inform the team in good time in case of missing stock.

Be the first contact person of our suppliers and manage our procurement activities.

Continuous communication with our team to work together on conflict resolution, both software and hardware, as well as improving work processes.

In addition to the technical support, you also offer training for your local team.

Shift-planning for your team as well as manage your team on a daily basis.

You bring this with you:

You have a completed technical and / or mechanical education or a degree from a similar field.

You will bringexperience as a technician ideally from the auto / motorcycle or bicycle industry.

Experience and affinity to electronic devices and software solutions and the urge to continuously improve and work on them.

You are flexible and ready to travel and do not shy away from reshaping your schedule to ensure sufficient coverage in your area.

You have excellent problem solving and troubleshooting abilities, and keep cool even in stressful situations.

You have excellent writing and verbal communication skills to engage your team so that all eventualities can be mastered with it.

You have a valid driver's license.

You are fundamentally open to challenges and enjoy finding and implementing solutions with your hands-on mentality.
