We are looking for two experienced project managers to drive multidiscipline technical projects within a global operational environment.

Circle K Terminal Group is a fully owned subsidiary of Circle K, responsible for managing the company’s fleet of fuel terminals across Europe and part of the US. More than 10 billion liters of fuels are managed through our facilities a year, served by 100 dedicated employees in 20 locations. The Project Manager Role
You will join our technical team of seven engineers located in Oslo, Stockholm and Riga. The team is responsible for terminal modification and improvement projects and technical support. International travel between the terminals will be necessary.
As a project manager you will provide support on technical challenges in a global operational environment. You will also lead project portfolios across the different terminals.
Multidisciplinary understanding is an advantage, as our projects typically comprise of several disciplines such as civil, mechanical, process, electrical and automation.

The Project Manager Responsibilities
•Project Management of small to multi-million Euro Capital projects
•All dimensions of project delivery, including
oManaging scope, budget and schedule
oProcurement and contract management
oCross borders’ coordination
oHSSE and risk management
•Driving projects through all project phases from initiation, through approval, engineering, construction, and start-up
•Technical and operational support to terminals

The Project Manager Qualifications
In this exciting role you will contribute with most of the following qualifications:
•Engineering degree within automation, process control, mechanical, technology management or similar disciplines
•Master’s degree or relevant work experience
•Five years or more of relevant experience from project management
•Experience from process engineering, process automation and/or consultancy
•Experience from oil and gas, chemical or similar industry
•Fluent English, written and oral
•Commitment to successful project delivery
•Collaborates well in a team environment, maintaining close relationships globally and an open and ongoing dialogue
•Communicates well, with the ability to work holistically and systematically

Expected Work Location
We are looking for candidates at our locations in Oslo, Stockholm or Dublin. The role includes extensive travel.
