As, HCM Specialists, you will be part of a newly formed team, all supporting the key modules of SuccessFactors (Performance, Learning and Recruitment) and will be led by a senior leader who is based on site. In this role, you will be a key member of the team and help to influence our HRIS strategic roadmap and gain support from various stakeholders, governance groups, management teams, and staff across the company to deliver global support, projects and technology to a high delivery level. A normal day would consist of working with the HCM team on projects both locally and globally, coordinating with your HR Centre of Expertise Process Owner to identify new improvement potential and supporting the different companies on getting the most out of the system. You will definitely be people facing in this role and be an essential bridge between our systems and users.

  • You will be constantly looking for newer and better ways of working through analysis, testing and implementing of releases, to establish SuccessFactors as a preferred and appreciated working tool.

 

What Are We Looking For?
 

  • A Bachelor's degree is ideal but can be compensated by work experience.
  • Experience working with HR professionals (business partner, analysts, HRIS etc.)
  • Knowledge of Sharepoint, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication skills and ability to make the complex/technical easy to understand
  • Someone who has solid knowledge of HR systems structure, functions and processes, and the ability to handle a variation of tasks even during time pressure would thrive in this role.
  • A real HRIS champion who can articulate the value of technology in connection to the people strategy and truly believes in it themselves!
