Consultant Procurement

We are looking for an Consultant Procurement for a large actor within Oil and Energy in Norway.

Tasks and responsibilities

Strong focus on HSE
Contractor shall comply to all HSE requirement
Experience from handling contracts within studies
Ensure efficient contract administration
Manage and conduct the ITT process - Manage and conduct bid evaluation, negotiations and prepare award recommendation
Provide contract and procurement advice to project management team - Contract management and supplier follow-up
Responsible for updating all procurement tools ref, company governing (SAP, Contiki & PIMS).
Participate in Lean initiatives

Requirements

BSc or higher, experience can compensate for formal education
Experience in performing procurement processes in projects from strategy development to contract close-out
Experience with Study Contracts is beneficial
Communication skills in a Scandinavian language and English

Work place: Onshore Fornebu - sporadic offshore Stavanger
Contract period: As soon as possible- 31.12.2020 (option period 2x6 months)
