Seasoned consultants work closely with clients to structure their problem, gather data and design solutions.

Key Responsibilities of the job:

• Adept in installing, Configuring, Troubleshooting Laptops/Desktops
• Hands-on experience and adept in Microsoft SCCM
• Troubleshoot complex issues pertaining to hardware/application and network
• Troubleshoot Citrix issues
• Assist End user with Corporate applications on Mobile devices
• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support
• Recommend new updates and changes

Skills & Experience

• Excellent Knowledge of End User Computing Domain
• Understands Application integrations both internal and external
• Knowledge of Virtualization technologies
• Well versed in Network Technologies
• Technical knowledge of workplace virtualisation solutions (Citrix) and Mobile Device Management
• Understands Security and recommends changes to improve it
• Provide Tier 3 technical support to resolve migration issues
• Work with vendors (Application and Infra) to gather information or troubleshoot issues
• Document application design and train monitoring team
• Work with Business, Application and Infra teams to ensure migrations are seamlessly

Qualifications and Certifications:

• Fluent in Norwegian and English
• Graduate in IT or related field
• Lean six-sigma, ITIL
