The Finance Master Data Analyst takes a role in evaluating, maintaining and improving efficiency of SAP and BPC finance master data. Ensure the accuracy of all master data elements to deliver a seamless network and outstanding customer experience. Ensuring all requests are being tracked, measured and achieved and monitoring tools / processes to enable the Finance team to deliver in the most efficient way possible.

Job Accountabilities

• Primarily manages daily requests for the creation and update of SAP master data like Vendor, Customer, WBS, JVA, among others and ensuring targets are being met
• Ensure data quality, compliance and consistency of master data across Finance systems (SAP, BPC, Diapason)
• Coordinate global master data requests handled by IT team
• Periodic reporting against varies data metrics to capture accuracy levels and highlight / fix any discrepancies
• Supporting local and international projects to improve the capabilities and deliverables of all stakeholders
• Communication with the requestors and other relevant work streams.
• Root cause analysis on any out-of-target processes to provide data / action plans for resolution
• Knowledge gathering / sharing with local teams on unknown processes / fields
• Support with testing of new global tools / functionalities and provide feedback / training as required
• Challenging existing processes / knowledge in favour of driving efficiency's

Formal qualifications, skills and experience requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Finance or IT with Business Administration background.
• Knowledge of Oil and Gas industry
• Knowledge of general bookkeeping, such as understanding of principles of Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet
• Working experience with SAP
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly proficient in Excel
• Proficient in English
