Do you want to work in an IT company that develops great hospitality solutions for the hotel and resort industry worldwide? Do you enjoy investigating, finding and explaining the problem and figuring out how the issue can be solved? Are you positive, outgoing and know how to handle customers in a polite and efficient way? Do you have a background from IT or the hotel/hospitality industry? Have you worked within development, testing or technical customer support? You might just be the fantastic new college we are looking for.
The right candidate will have experience within one or more of the following areas;
- Technical customer support
- IT testing
- TFS and structured bug descriptions
- SQL and SSRS
- SaaS products
- Hotel or hotel IT systems
- Writing technical help documentation
- Product demonstrations or customer training
You will be part of a team of 5 great colleagues, where two of them are situated in North America and the rest at Skøyen. You will work closely towards the development department and the implementation department. You will be on the team handling all incoming requests from second line support at the different resorts trying to help them figure out what has gone wrong or does not work as expected in the Cenium products.
In order to succeed you need to be self motivated, positive and driven.
You have excellent communication skills, written and verbal in English and Norwegian / Scandinavian languages.
