Job Description

We are looking for experienced software developers to help us build solid software infrastructure and tools for scientific computing solving complex problems.  
At Equinor you will join cross functional teams of professionals working together with customers to produce solutions that add value to the business. It is a goal that every member contributes to the whole development cycle. This include taking part in the dialogue with customers, implementation, code reviews, design and support. We aim for teams that are long lived, autonomous and self-organizing and capable of finding their own way to collaborate and achieve their goals. Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD  
• 5 years of relevant experience
• We frequently use Python, C#, C++, Java and Javascript and expect you to master one or more of these
• Strong understanding and passion for algorithms, mathematics, statistics, visualization, machine learning or physics is expected
• Experience with open source is a plus
