Visma IT & Communications is looking for a passionate Project Manager for a permanent position.

You must have a drive to develop high quality processes that will run in an unusually complex technical environment. You will be a member of the Project Management Office (PMO), where your skills and contributions to manage our projects will be very visible. You must love to help team members and to receive help from them. The team is international so you will use English both written and orally. Your skills:

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in related fields with 0-3 years experience

• Problem solving mindset

• Ability to engage and lead cross-functional project teams

• Ability to switch tasks quickly within a constantly evolving environment

• Diplomacy, influence and relationship building in a variation of situations

• Written and oral communication skills and experience dealing with a wide range of people

• Structured and service minded

• Eager to learn and develop

Tasks:

• Responsible for planning, execution, control and closure of smaller projects.

• Support senior project managers, act as a co-pilot

• Responsible for delivering the project scope according to customer demands

• Working with projects within software development, infrastructure delivering in data center or to public cloud

• Work with agile project methodologies

• Cost control

• Leading international cross functional teams

• Actively communicate with customers, team and management

• Act as the bridging gap between the sponsor, stakeholders and project team

• Contribute to further developing of the Project Management Office department in cooperation with the Director of PMO.
