Description about project/department

-Electrical power engineering role in one or more of the FPSO Early Phase development projects.

Description about task and responsibilities

- Handle all relevant engineering matters related to the electrical discipline

- Ensure alignment within the electrical discipline

- Ensure experience transfer to and from the project

- Ensure alignment with the company’s discipline line organization

- Ensure integration and coordination with other project disciplines

- Co-ordinate discipline tasks across contract boarders - Participate in discipline and multidiscipline reviews

- Identify and contribute to closing of technical uncertainties

Competence requirements

- Master of Science or Bachelor of Science within electrical power engineering (elkraft, høyspent)

- Minimum 5 years relevant experience with electrical power engineering in offshore oil & gas project execution, preferably including early phase

- HSE training in accordance with the company’s recommendations and ability to live "I AM SAFETY"

- Multi-discipline understanding - Commercial understanding and ability to work in the company's project team and collaborate with Contractors' teams

- Flexible for business travels - Flexible for assignments at other locations in Norway and abroad is desired

- Good knowledge of rules/regulations, standards and preferably the company’s technical requirements

- Good collaborative skills and ability to work in a team

- High ethical standards and adherence to the company’s ethical requirements

- Ability to handle high work loads
