Document Controller who can start immediately

Our customer is a leading service company that works within the oil, gas and offshore wind sectors. They provide their clients with optimal and innovative solutions within engineering, construction, modifications and maintenance.

For their organization in Stavanger we are looking for a Document Controller with 5-year experience, who can start immediately or within a couple of weeks.

Responsibilities: 

• Ensure that the work which is carried out fulfils the department plans and procedures
• Responsible for document management in individual project or contract
• Ensure that colleagues have good understanding regarding routines and tasks performed for various disciplines
• Responsible for all incoming and outgoing deliveries which go through document control
• Responsible for the establishment of electronic archive in internal document control tool
• Be familiar with eventual electronic client systems
• Responsible for handling all engineering and supplier documentation
• Responsible for internal and external reporting of technical documentation

Required education:

• 3 year high school  

Required work experience:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant project related experience within the oil and gas industry 

Required qualifications:

• Good communication
• Systematic, accurate and independent
• Proactive, seeking advice from others and share own experiences with group 
• Use of MS Office standard software.
• Norwegian and English language written and spoken
