We are looking for an excited marketing associate to help execute the marketing strategy of EGER, Promenaden and Steen & Strøm. You are not scared to roll up your sleeves and have an entrepreneurial approach to marketing.

What you’ll do:

• Assist with planning, coordinating and executing marketing related activities such as events, openings etc.
• Plan, coordinate and execute the visual merchandising strategy for Steen & Strøm and EGER in line with marketing strategy.
• Remain on top of trends to make sure we always optimize budget spend in terms of non-digital advertising, this includes, but are not limited to, booking of print and outdoor advertising.
• Constantly be ahead of retail trends, making recommendations on new initiatives in line with brand strategy. 
•  Produce artwork for marketing campaigns used for advertising, posters, flyers and brochures.
• Create reports post-marketing campaigns measuring the ROIs against KPIs.
•  Closely monitoring turnover and footfall to ensure that we are able to make immediate responses.
• Responsible for collecting weekly turnover numbers from tenants.
• In charge of the gift cards following up customers, order, design and service.
• Be the lead point of contact for customer enquiries.  

The ideal candidate:

• Has a minimum of two years of experience working in marketing with a background in retail, communications, fashion or high growth tech startups.
• Experience in creating engaging marketing activities that have led to solid ROIs.
• Proven ability to lead visual merchandising projects in retail stores.
• Has a bachelors or master’s degree in marketing or business from a highly ranked national or international university.
• Works well in a rapidly changing environment.
• Highly organized and able to multitask and prioritize.

Nice to have:

• Customer service experience.
• Experience with Photoshop / Illustrator and video editing desirable.
• Knowledge of Word Press and digital tools such as Hootsuite, Schedugram, Iconosquare, Google Analytics, etc.
