OceanSMART Marine Assurance Product Manager

OceanSMART is seeking skilled Maritime, Software, and data science professionals to join our dynamic team. As OceanSMART Marine Assurance Product Manager you will lead the strategy, planning, delivery and in-life optimization of the Marine Assurance products. You will develop the vision and roadmap for the product based on input from internal stakeholders, customers, market research and your own industry insight, contributing to the creation and maintenance of the go-to-market plans, value propositions, support materials and internal training. 

The role has an active external aspect leading and managing the relationship with industry bodies, such as IMO, OCIMF, Inter  tanko, and Baltic Exchange, run users and industry forums to ensure the continued enhancement and relevance of the marine assurance product suite.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor´s degree or equivalent education and experience
• 10+ General Maritime or product Manager experience 
• 5+ years´experience working in Marine Assurance or services Marine Assurance software  

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• The position has supervisory responsibilities

Reporting Relationships:

This position will report to the Director, Maritime Digital Products, Sales & Marketing
