Our customer are looking for an experienced Backend Python Developer to join our DevOps team to help them creating groundbreaking video services.

Python Developer responsibilities include maintaining existing codebase, work on new products and integrations as well as mentor DevOps team on different code challenges.
You will also take part of building advanced video workflows and extend our service offering. If you have a solid background in software engineering, are fluent with Python and are interested in working with all types of video workflow challenges wed like to meet you.

Arbeidsoppgaver

Help design and implement functional requirements
Build and maintain highly available systems
Manage testing and bug fixes
Coach junior team members
Design, develop, and implement software integrations based on customer requests
Implement software enhancements and suggest improvements

Ønskede kvalifikasjoner

Solid experience as Python Developer
Experience with Python frameworks (e.g. FastAPI, PyEve, Flask)
Understanding of both SQL and NOSQL databases
Good understanding of cloud service provider offerings (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.)
Fluent with verbal and written English
Experience with CI/CD (i.e Jenkins and Spinnaker) will be considered as an advantage
Working knowledge with Docker, Kubernetes will be considered as advantage
Working knowledge with Kafka and event-driven architecture will be considered as advantage
Knowledge of Norwegian will be considered as an advantage
