Contribute to development of optimal solutions to produce, store and distribute hydrogen from renewable energy

We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our project and product development team working with our atmospheric alkaline electrolysers. The successful candidate will work with development, validation and industrialization of new solutions and with current technology on customer projects.

Key Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Overall responsible for transformers and rectifiers within our systems.
• Plan and execute the roadmap for product cost reduction and performance improvement
• Harmonic oscillation and efficiency calculations
• Engineering lead within new product and system development projects
• Lead engineer on/or advisor on customer projects
• Share your knowledge across electro department and the rest of the organization.

Education/Experience

• Bsc/Msc in electro engineering
• Minimum 5 years experience
• Used to work with standards and requirements, in Norway and/or internationally
• Experience from transformers and rectifiers
• Experience with equipment ranging from 500-1000V and higher

Specific Skills/Abilities

• Good English written and oral skills, a Scandinavian language is highly evaluated
• Ability to grasp the business case and understand the key success factors of the industry
• Work well independently, as well as together with others in a team environment
